All Bamstar Bamboo Plywood Panels are constructed from our specially selected Premier 6 Moso Bamboo specie (Phyllostachys pubescens) - origin ex Zhejiang Province, China. All Bamstar Plywood conforms to LEED™ (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) EQ 4.4 (low emitting materials with no added formaldehyde) and rating system, and LEED: MR Credit 6: Rapidly Renewable Materials.
Bamstar Premier 6 Laminated Horizontal Flat-grain Wall panels and Plywood boards with MULTI-PLY construction is manufactured in either single or cross-ply lamination with Dynea adhesives emitting extremely low VOC's - and is far below the requirements of the European Union E1 Standards (European Chamber Test Norms with an upper limit of 0.017 ppm or 0.13 mg/M3 formaldehyde) which far exceed those of OSHA's maximum allowance of 0.75 ppm and lower than CARB Standards.
Bamstar FSC CERTIFIED BAMBOO PLYWOOD is available on special order.
Bamstar Bamboo paneling is available in all design configurations and colors. We offer both Horizontal and Vertical surfaces in either Natural or Carbonized (caramel) color.
It is ideal for counter-tops, cabinetry, furniture, moldings, doors or any interior building use.

All panels are carefully sanded and filled and CUT STRAIGHT and SQUARE with SQUARE EDGES

- The strength, hardness, intensity of our Laminated Bamboo Plywood Boards are better than that found in regular wood boards, because of the process of High-steam pressure manufacturing process. These boards are water-proof with limited shrinking and expanding rates, and are humidity resistant and smooth.

Bamboo is a renewable and self-sustaining natural resource.
Hardness & Strength
Bamboo is 45% harder than Red Oak and harder than most hardwoods. Strand Woven Bamboo is exceedingly harder - measuring over 200 on the Janka Scale.
The same 50 pounds if Bamboo carries 45 pounds more weight per square inch than wood. Your cargo decking is lighter, but stronger with bamboo. Your company saves significant fuel and dollars.
Laminated Strand Woven Bamboo is shock-resistant, wear-resistant, corrode-resistant, fire-resistant, mothproof, mildew-resistant.
Stability
More stable than almost all hardwoods and thus less prone to shrinkage and swelling.
Reasonably Priced
Bamboo is comparable to hardwood costs but more strength for the same dollar.
Lighter weight
1" thick Bamboo laminated plywood is stronger than 1 1/2" Hardwood flooring - thus - allowing additional payload capacity.
Wider widths mean less labor to install. Bamboo laminated Plywood comes to 4' wide and 11' long.

This new bamboo veneer product is available for interior decoration and furniture. The veneer is very stable, offers new opportunities in design (post forming) and is cost efficient. Bamstar Bamboo veneer is an unique product for distributors of decorative panels, and provides many chances for producers of - interior doors, wall and ceiling panels, cabinets and kitchens, etc.
